Made an appointment a week out and was told they would com between 8-10. Waited until 9:30 with no communication. Called and texted and got no response. They never showed up and messaged back

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! UNPROFESSIONAL...DIRTY, OUTDATED EQUIPMENT! HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY IN HIS POCKET! TOLD HIM JOB WAS UNSATISFACTORY, SAID HE WOULD COME TAKE A LOOK.
WILL NOT TAKE MY CALLS OR NUMEROUS TEXT MESSAGES. CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR STAINS AND DID NOT EVEN REMOVE THEM.
CASHED MY CHECK BEFORE I COULD STOP PAYMENT ON CHECK. I CAN'T BELIEVE I ACTUALLY PAID THIS GUY. WHO DOES THIS? PEOPLE LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN A BUSINESS.

I hate being taken advantage of, I called this company to come and give me a quote to clean my commercial kitchen and dining area, less than 1200 sq. ft., Choco, the owner came in and first asked me what my budget was, which is usually a ploy to see how much you are willing to spend, I told him to give me a price.. his response was they can do it today and it would be $500.00. I told him I felt more comfortable around $300. and we settled on $400.00 . They finished less than two hours later, and they did a good job, BUT I opened up a local magazine an hour later and saw they clean a whole house and a driveway for $135!!!!
