Awesome spot with and awesome vibe! We dropped in to a Sambo class traveling through from Texas. Solid rolls and great people! Highly recommend for jiu-jitsu, mma, sambo practitioners??

My 13 yo son has only done a few boxing classes here so far and already is transforming. He's jumped a level or two in maturity. He's physically faster and stronger. I couldn't believe my eyes when I picked him up last time and he was outside shadow boxing... didn't even look like him! They really know what they're doing at Brazilian Vale Tudo! I'm so grateful to all the coaches there and will be taking classes there myself very soon as well. This was the first gym we've ever tried, which can be a gamble, but it looks like we got lucky on the first one???

Great place to learn the skills of boxing, the coaches our very informative and knowledgeable about the sport and kind to us and it's a great atmosphere to be around!! Getting in shape and learning how to box and be confident in yourself to be a best version of yourself it's why I signed up, I'm blessed to be here.. ??
