10/10 stars! This is a wonderful AC company. My family and I were stranded without out AC for a while. Amtek worked tirelessly to get us a unit as quickly as possible. They were extremely effective in communication and scheduling timely service. It was a 5 hour install and the employees worked relentlessly in the pouring rain to get us a working AC unit. Customer service is exceptional. I couldn’t recommend them more!
Our AC died this past weekend and it got hot FAST in our house ! Amtek technicians Chris and Brandon came out and had so much compassion for us and were able to get a new motor installed the very next day. They answered all our questions and were sympathetic to our concerns ! John, from Amtek was able to install the new motor in under 40 minutes ! He even stayed to be sure the temperature in the house was coming down. I am so grateful for Chris, Brandon, and John AND the command center of the Amtek office. All were very professional and compassionate. Thank you AMTEK !!!
I couldn’t be happier with Amtek Air Conditioning! After weeks of frustration with another company repeatedly charging me to recharge my refrigerant, Amtek came to the rescue. They quickly diagnosed a leak and instead of just patching things up temporarily, they recommended a new unit. The whole process was smooth and professional. I’m overjoyed with their honesty and expertise. Now, my home is cool, and I’m saving money in the long run. Thank you, Amtek, for your exceptional service and for putting my mind at ease.
