Kyle Was on time and very professional. He located the leak in my AC unit and deemed it repairable. We will be talking about the repair of the AC and replacement of the thermostat shortly. Thanks for all he did on this initial visit, and I look forward to working with this company in the near future.
The service we received during our HVAC maintenance appt was great; however, the service maintenance agreement we had with Absolutely Cool seems to have been misplaced and we were charged for the visit. Trying to schedule the appt itself in the first place was bumpy - it was rescheduled multiple times by A/C Authority.
The service technician was respectful of my home, and he was very professional and did an outstanding job. He made a suggestion that would help me keep my system performing more efficiently and I appreciated the time that he spent with me while explaining things.
Great company... who hires great people.
