I want to give a BIG shout out to Metcalf A/C our air-conditioner was working fine all day yesterday, went out to dinner, came back at 8:30 pm and it was 77 degrees in the house unit was clicking but not coming on. I reached out on facebook messenger to Metcalf and asked them to call me and told them why. said they would in 20 minutes. they did, expecting to try and get someone to come hopefully in the morning, they asked if we would like them to come out then!!!!! talk about joy!!!! I did and they did, showed up within 20 minutes, went to work fixed it and left by 9:30!!!! I can not express my respect and gratitude for such fine service!!! If you need A/C service, repair, or replacement I highly recommend this company!
