I used to come here twice a month for mani/pedis and eyebrow waxing in 2012 - 2015 but we moved outta the area. We recently moved back to this area last year and now I’ve started going back and they didn’t miss a beat. They are still so great and so accommodating. I always have a great time at Spring Nails and Spa Nina is always my go to nail tech just love her ?. Although Jimmy has done my nails and they were always great as well. Nina just does the designs I always ask for perfectly, so it’s easier to book with her. It's went down hill. Former regular. I think it got sold. Unhappy for one reason or another with service and outcome anytime I went in last year. Whether it was the man arguing with me pushing upgrades, bringing stuff to sell me during my appointment when I had called ahead that I would be on a strict time limit during my work break. The more he wouldn't leave me alone at the work table, the longer she waited to begin making me very tense. I've not been happy with the year or two of inexperienced nail techs and disappointing outcomes either. I realize it wasn't just a one time fluke. I didn't come in for a sales pitch appointment for your benefit. Don't waste my time.

I have great experiences whenever I visit. The overall aesthetic could improve, but minor upgrades appear to be in the works. I think the prices are comparatively fair, and I personally get a nice long wear out of each set. I would recommend this shop for this area.
