I had wayne come out to check a ant problem i have. I thought they were termites and was put at ease knowing it was ants. Not that I like ants but in my mind less scary. Wayne took the time to explain the treatment he would do and explain why we had them and what to do to make it less likley in the future. His prices were very reasonable and look forward to using his services in the future.

I had an emergency situation where rat droppings were found in a house I was about to sell. I called Wayne from Quackenbush Quality Pest Service and told him of my problem. He came out the same day and did a thorough inspection of my house, inside, outside and up in the attic. He found the problem, which didn't turn out to be as bad as I had thought, and took care of everything. I especially appreciated that Wayne did not try to take advantage of my situation. He was professional, courteous and someone I would absolutely use again.

Wayne was the only exterminator who actually showed up when he said he was going to out of 3 or 4 different pest companies. He was courteous and informative when he came out for an estimate, and was the only bug guy who actually inspected my kitchen and bathrooms before giving said estimate. While being slightly more expensive, Wayne truly seems to care about the job he does. I'm greatly appreciative of his work.
