Fred was an excellent person to talk with. His knowledge in the HAVC world is rewarding and nourishing. Explained competitors the pros and cons of his taste of AC and method of installation by his compet. I haven't made up my mind when to proceed but choosing Fred would be my number one choice. He is honest and very friendly.

Oh my God I cannot even think of the words of how great the service was with this company pronto .I was boiling in my house and I work from home so I'm here all day mandatory. Gave Pronto a call and within half an hour a technician by the name of Fred Green was here. And even though I was not able to go to the door right away because I was on a call from work he went ahead and he got started on the stuff around or on top of the house and by the time I got into him he came in he fixed what needed to be fixed he was super professional and very kind. I was dying a little more probably than the normal folks around here since I just moved to this state but thank you so... read full review
