Great staff. Please call me asap. My pug is sick need to besure whats wrong. Hes 15 years old started with a cough week ago , susided briefly. Getting worse. Mostly at night but now more often daytimes. Need to get him checked asap please. If possible. I have his shot record for his rabies. Needs seen soon. After him I have my babe boy Chip with you you to. He will be needing his wellness yearly wellness check and more flea meds. My # 315-

Just FYI, If you have the first appointment, don't make the mistake we did and show up 5 mins til 9. Being our first visit here, we thought we were at the wrong place because the door was locked. They didn't open the doors until exactly 9, so now we were not seen until 9:30 because somebody without an appointment jumped in front of us. No big deal, just beware. Also, appointments are far out and it doesn't seem like they call you as a fill in if someone cancels cause we waited 4 weeks to get seen thanks to back 2 back hurricanes.

My Frenchie got spayed. All went well. Healing nice. The staff were great and provided instructions on after care, explained them, and provided contact information in case we experience complications.
I recommend a surgical recovery suit for healing from spay or neuter. Can get them on Amazon. Frenchie still needs a cone for when we are not around, but free dog when we're home.
