We would like to share that we received excellent service from the technician, Dakota Mauldin, and his supervisor, Ryan Ross. The house that we bought had received an incomplete electrical service call from another technician.
When the house was inspected, the inspector determined the home’s electrical system not to be in compliance. We contacted Mister Sparky and immediately and without hesitation, Ryan arranged for Dakota to come to our house to take over and correct all deficiencies. I needed 2 new electrical outlets installed and I was very pleased at how smooth they made the process. Brian did a great job and was super friendly and respectful of our home. I will definitely be returning for my next project.
I gave a 5 star review on a 14,000.00 job replaced the breaker box and installed outside disconnects.This was done on May 2024. Put my house up for sale, inspector found a surge protector double tapped and should be inside.Called My Sparky to speak with a Branch Manager,was told they would get back to me in 24 to 48hrs. Sure didn't have a problem when they booked the job and got their money. Now the sale is pending til this is fixed. Last thing I expected with the inspection was new electrical. So much for a five star rating.So disappointed.
