We are full time RVrs and needed new carpet. The problem was finding someone to do the small area we wanted replaced. We found Kensington carpet outlet…NO JOB TOO SMALL! We called and were invited to come see their show room. There were rolls and rolls of beautiful carpet as well as other types of flooring samples. I only had to walk about half way through and spotted the carpet I wanted. I was given a nice size sample to take home and put against my furniture which looked absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed for our motorhome. We called they came out. Where other companies take one to two weeks for delivery and installation, Kensington was able to deliver and install the same week. Not to mention their prices are extremely competitive and they cannot be beat. John is extremely professional and knowledgeable at the store and John was a great installation specialist. Will definitely come back here for all of our flooring needs in the future.

What a great experience! The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the prices were excellent, and installation was scheduled very quick. The installers (Keith and crew) we the best. Very concerned with keeping things as clean as possible and making sure I was satisfied every step of the way. At the end, they made sure all the furniture was put back exactly where I wanted it to be. Thank you Ken, Keith, and the whole staff at Kensington Carpets!
