03/05/24: Insurance said Dr. Jordan was in network. Called office to confirm. Yesterday went into office and submited my insurance and i.d., updated info.

Today I get a call around noon to say Dr. Jordan was NOT in network. My appt was later. Now the search for another DPM.

Real inconvenient. Fortunately I was able to get in to see another Dr. today, which, when they called earlier, I said I had another appt. People do make other committments, you know.

And yes office staff in not staffed to answer phones. Yesterday I called, LOH. I drove to main location in PR, I guess, before anyone answered. I asked her if she was alone. Yes. She kindly took my...read full review

Doctor may be out-standing. Office staff, NOT so much. Called to make an appointment. There was an insurance issue and I was immediately hung up on. Really? Wouldn’t even discuss the situation and or options. Not exactly the vibe their on-hold (7 minutes) messaging was trying to convey. Not as anxious to have you as a patient as they were indicating.

Was referred by my rhumotogist got consultation he did first surgery it's going great so far everyone in office is awesome Alvin takes away anxiety with laughter few more weeks of recovery then next foot gets done.when I saw my new foot started to tear up I have dealt with third problems so long now I'm excited for the end of this.
