I have been a customer for years and this week was a great example of why I have remained loyal to this company. My lawn is approximately 2 years old now and this year has already been difficult in terms of stubborn weeds. My services are spaced out as my yard is on the smaller side and has typically responded well to treatments every 2 months. I had to contact the company regarding a dollar weed infestation and without even asking they sent out a tech to evaluate my lawn and retreat at no charge. I love Grass Monkey! I met Julio as he was servicing my neighbors yard and he took the time to speak to me about Grass Monkey and their services. I was starting my lawn from seed and I’m 2 months in and showing already! Thanks Julio you’re the best man!

I do wish they had a better way of communicating issues with your lawn a bit better instead of just writing some comments on an invoice. Courtesy calls from managers at the store would go a long way and a little education on what a customer can do to keep their lawn greener would be beneficial but otherwise the service is always on point
