“We are full time RVrs and needed new carpet. The problem was finding someone to do the small area we wanted replaced. We found Kensington carpet outlet…NO JOB TOO SMALL! We called and were invited to come see their show room. There were rolls and rolls of beautiful carpet as well as other types of flooring samples. I only had to walk about half way through and spotted the carpet I wanted. I was given a nice size sample to take home and put against my furniture which looked absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed for our motorhome. We called they came out. They took the measurements and they told us exactly when they would be here. And true to their word they had our carpet ready to be installed. A very nice gentleman by the name of Rich came out and put the carpet down and he did such an excellent job. You can’t tell that there are areas we didn’t want carpet to go under. He seemed it so perfectly. He vacuumed he cleaned up his mess and he left me a few carpet pieces where I can use them and I’m very grateful for that. I’m very grateful for the hard work that Rich put in because this was not really an easy job, but he made it look easy. So if you ever need. or flooring you need to call Kensington carpet outlet. When we decide to do the back bedroom, we will definitely call Kensington again and request Rich to come and do the job. Very professional people very easy people to work with their customer. Service is superb and I highly recommend them. Excellent company to work with.“

“Positive experience. Needed vinyl flooring option for my main bath. Highly used, kids and all. He recommended a product ( knowledgeable about his merchandise) and I ordered it. Was able to install it the next day, installers were efficient and did a great job laying it down. It's been six months, it's strong like bull down there, now I'm going back for hall flooring and my steps need carpeting. I also like he is a small business owner so you get more personalized attention.“

The owner, Nick came in, resolved our issues, and has left us with a beautiful walk in shower. The craftsmanship is excellent, Melissa in the office was prompt with responses, price was much lower than the other quotes.
