I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and support you provided to my family during a very difficult time.
A couple of months ago, we were faced with the sudden passing of my father-in-law, and being from out of town, we were unsure of where to turn for help with the funeral arrangements. First let me say how professional and caring and consoling the staff was there. Somehow on the worst day of my life, they held me up through the whole thing. Taking care of every detail. So that my last thoughts and memory were peaceful ones. I cannot begin to thank them enough. They will forever be in my prayers

I have known Vicki for quite awhile. My family and I had been very lucky up until May of last year not to have lost anyone in our immediate family. My grandmother passed away pretty suddenly and I immediately gave Vicki a call and let her know my mom would be contacting her. Vicki was amazing with my family! They were so grateful for her help through that very tough time! A few of my family members have since used her for their preplanning and were very happy, then unfortunately my grandfather passed away in January.
