I have known Vicki for quite awhile. My family and I had been very lucky up until May of last year not to have lost anyone in our immediate family. My grandmother passed away pretty suddenly and I immediately gave Vicki a call and let her know my mom would be contacting her. Vicki was amazing with my family! They were so grateful for her help through that very tough time! A few of my family members have since used her for their preplanning and were very happy, then unfortunately my grandfather passed away in January. This was a huge and very unexpected blow to our family! If I could give this review a hundred stars I would it’s unfortunate I can only give it five. I can’t express how wonderful Vicki was to my family through this very tough past year and we are eternally grateful to her for it! We highly recommend Faupel Funeral Home and especially Vicki! We can’t thank you enough for your services!
