We had Balanced Air sent a tech out to check our Ductwork at our residence,the tech name was Leon he went to our Attic check our system out everything was fine he came down and do a thermostat check in our bedrooms we found some rooms cooler so we came to a conclusion we need additional insulation which we will take care ourselves so please with the outcome.
