Had our 6 month A/C checkup today. Gerald was excellent. Explained each step he took in checking and cleaning the unit. Very friendly and courteous. I've had Airprompt A/C & Electric for many years. They have always been excellent. I would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

The owner Johnny came out to our place and he was personable and went above and beyond to get our old ac working while he got a new mini split 1.5 ton scheduled for install. He was patient and explained the process of the "whys" and "hows" to us. Two days later we had Brian and Austin show up with more great customer service and professionalism and nice personalities. They were done in no time. Now stranger things have happened but as I was writing this our electrical box started smelling and we shut it off and called Johnny who answered right away...imagine that in 2023! He sent their electrical guru Justin over and he arrived in about an hour with more of that customer...read full review

Brian and Austin were outstanding very nice and polite explained all about the new ac unit and the thermostat ,were here from 9:30am until 7pm these two men put in a long day thank you for all your help and good work
