Rich really helped me out. I am self employed and had a very difficult tax return. I moved from a different state and changed businesses last year. Rich is very knowledgeable and had the answers to every question that I had. I was trying to get a mortgage and it was difficult due to being self employed in Florida for such a short time. Rich quickly met every demand that the mortgage company had of me and steered me in the right direction. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have qualified for the mortgage and got my house.
