Steam Master has been my go-to floor cleaner for years. Eric, the owner, is fantastic. He’s professional, very knowledgeable, and reliable. The cleaning soap he uses smells amazing. As the floors get cleaned, I love seeing the distinct line showing the “before and after” of where he’s cleaned and where he hasn’t yet. ? We’ve tried other cleaning services before that have not been nearly to Steam Master’s caliber, both in professionalism and cleaning capabilities. I highly recommend this company!! ?
Eric called me ahead of time arrived on time and both his personality and his work were professional. I enjoyed talking with him the entire time as he is a very personable person. I would recommend him to anyone interested in having their carpets or upholstery cleaned. He was very fair to me with his price.
Eric is the best!! He recently did a soda blasting job, to remove mold from our crawlspace. He went above and beyond to help us and completely restored it to looking like new!! I'd highly recommend him for any job you've got. Also, I should mention, he actually calls back and shows up when he says he will... Which sadly, is almost unheard of these days!! Great job!!
