Everyone is friendly and respectful. Everyone is very competent and you understand your fiscal responsibility before any major decision has been made. Dr Powers is SO calm and confident that you can’t help but be a little bit calmer with him
I was asked if I would like to share my experience. I was going to leave a note anyway. So why did I give 5 stars? Glad you asked. The person(s) I interact with the most, are the receptionist and the dental hygienist. They are so friendly and helpful. It just makes you glad you showed up. Many people dread going to the dentist. I’m not one of those, but I can tell you they soften the blow so to speak. The dental hygienist that cleaned and polished and examined my mouth, She was the most professional and personable people I’ve ever met. Great customer service from all! Had a temporary crown placed and it was by far the best experience I have had. Did not feel a thing during procedure and the temporary crown is a perfect fit. No discomfort post procedure either.
