“I can only comment on the cremation service. I had no issues, nor do i have any complaints. At first I was a bit surprised that it was at a residence but I trust regular ordinary people much better than a big corporation. He was very polite and friendly. It was raining when I showed up on a Sunday late afternoon and he came and greeted me at my car. I was a mess and very emotional. It seemed like he understood without me even having to explain myself. I got my Oreo back as promised just a couple of days later. Thanks for your work. Hopefully I don't have to come back anytime soon, but when it is time again, I will. R.I.P. Oreo, I miss you so much.“

My dog Miley had some skin issues going on and they were able to get me in quickly, knew exactly what the issue was and was very sweet and professional with her . “We have been sending our goldendoodle to NSB Pet Resort for over a year. We do daycare twice a week and we’ve boarded him while on vacation. He KNOWS what days he goes to daycare and is an absolute crazy dog before we get in the car. He comes home exhausted those days and enjoys all the love he gets from the staff. We’ve participated in their fundraisers for local charities and love the extras (like special pictures) that come home with him. Both times that we’ve picked him up from boarding he has not wanted to leave; he acted like he didn’t even know us lol! We would highly recommend NSB Pet Resort!“
