I was skeptical at first as not everyone is willing to fully share every aspect of how they do their services or what or where they get their products from, with Emily it was a whole different experience, she really wants to teach us all her tips and tricks! Not only that, she makes a safe space for everyone who attends to feel comfortable and ask questions, she encourages communication between one another, which is a great way to learn from others personal perspectives and experiences. I definitely 100% recommend Emily to anyone wanting to learn new services and techniques.“

“Sonya was absolutely awesome! I have been getting my eyebrows shaped and my whole face threaded (to remove facial hair) for years. Threading is an art and Sonya knows her stuff, she is sweet and makes you feel comfortable. My eyebrows look wonderful and my face is so smooth. I have gone to various places for this service and was pleased to hear this was offered at Ulta in Port Orange. I will definitely be going back!“

“Came in on Sunday and got a awesome pedicure and a fill on my acrylic nails. I believe the owner did my fill and she did a beautiful job on my nail shape ( which I have struggled to find someone to do them right) and they also had my favorite shade of hot pink!!!. And also they were open on Sunday which is a huge plus for me. I give them 20 stars. Definitely going back.“

“Amy did a fantastic job on my nails, paying close attention to detail and making sure that I enjoyed them throughout the whole process, and even informed me that if I didn't like the dip (I've had bad experiences in the past) that I can come back and she will change it for me.

“I'm new to Port Orange and tried two other salons before I found Phoenix. First impressions: Awesome decor and nice relaxed vibe, looked super clean, including the restroom. the chairs were newer and worked! I was there in the morning and they were not very busy. The young man that greeted me was very polite and the woman, Mindy who did my nails was very sweet, although I don't think she understood much English. She did a beautiful job on my dip, not too thick like my previous salon, (didn't want to go back there)! It was a pleasant experience. I would change the choice of background music though. It was all instrumental and I heard some Christmas tunes, in May?? lol“
