Tom Ooten was recommended to us for our mortgage broker when we were buying a house. Tom was professional, easy to work with and always answered our calls or called us back in a timely manner. This is not always the case in doing business today.We had just come to Florida and Tom was on the other side of the state so we did most everything by texting, email, and document scanner. Tom did things quick and efficiently. We wanted to close fast and Tom was right on it. There were many things we had to do but we were able to close in 25 days.I recommend Tom Ooten as a mortgage broker. He really did a great job!
