Initial phone call answered promptly (rather than immediately being put on hold for a typically extended period of time, while being forced to listen to traditionally obnoxious music in the background). Alex showed up on time as scheduled, and was found to be very polite, personable and efficient. He vacuumed thoroughly behind dryer when finished, retrieved several items which had apparently fallen behind dryer, plus went on to explain what to look for to indicate future need for duct cleaning.
