I came to the Port Orange FL office to get back on phentermine. The experience was amazing. The staff make you feel comfortable and is so nice. Dr Mariah is the sweetest. So happy I chose this place.

I went to this clinic 6 weeks ago. My experience was fantastic! The staff there was very friendly and very knowledgeable, of course, I’m 60 lbs over weight, so I went with their amazing membership with B-12 and lipotropic, within 4 weeks I’ve lost 19lbs. I’m so excited to go back!! What a great company! I recommend them hands down!! #gettinghealthy #feeling fantastic!

Horizon has truly been one of the best experiences In this area! Their prices are amazing (compared) hands down, the staff is beyond wonderful and very welcoming. Ask for the b-12 and Lipo injections! #amazeballs ? #feelgood #getskinny
