My husband and I booked a massage for my birthday Friday June 14. The first thing we noticed was one of the front desk girl, not Jessica, Jessica was very polite and professional but another girl on the phone resting her head on the reception desk, with her hair and attired very messy and unprofessional, she looked tired and sleepy while Jessica was approaching every customer, not a professional scenario when you paid a lot of money for their service. In the other hand a Skyler and Robert our masseuses were very professional at all time.
Moved to PO from Lake Mary, I had wonderful service in LM, but since I now go to PO I can only say, ….. ASK FOR BEN!!!! If you want deep tissue or just a relaxing he is the man!!! The staff is very professional and always helpful, but Ben is my go to-
I had the following issue but was contacted by the Management and they are giving me 2 months to use my 2 paid sessions. Really appreciated them caring enough to reply and making the matter better. Want to give props to a business that handles negative comments head on instead of hiding or deleting them. Thanks"BEWARE OF MEMBERSHIPS. Was a member for over a year and recently canceled my membership 3 months ago. I had 2 appointments left that I never used and without warning or notification, I was told they expired.
