I highly recommend this company! Words can't express how grateful I am for Jeff and his team! After hours on a Monday night my hot water heater broke and flooded my place. Jeff reached out to me within 5 minutes of my landlords call to him! He let me know what time his warehouse opened and said he would be there waiting to pick up a new unit for me and be out immediately to fix. He guided me through the steps to stop the broken one from causing more damage. Professional, efficient and just all together home town small business vibes. If you are needing any plumbing this is definitely the guy to call! Thank you Jeff and team for everything!
Jeff and teammate with the Drain Surgeon were awesome. I had a shower stall leaking into the ceiling of my downstairs neighbor's bathroom. I called after hours, he responded quickly and inspected the plumbing the next day. In the second day, he and teammate arrived on time and worked between the two units to replace the pipes and drain. We let the pipes set for two days and they arrived the n following day to inspect and test their work. All along they were courteous, professional, kind, communicative, and trustworthy. Hands down a wonderful experience and incredible professionals. Without any reservation I would recommend The Drain Surgeon again and again. You're in good hands.
As honest and reliable as they come. He doesn’t try and take advantage of the vulnerable position you’re in like a lot of others do, unfortunately. Any drain issues, this is your guy!
