Shafer's plumbing came out the same day I called about a broken commode tank...the plumber, Mark, fixed it within 30 minutes. The owner, Bill Shafer called me back to make sure everything was working appropriately and told me to let him know if there were any further issues. Thank you Shafers Plumbing for such a speedy repair. With 4 granddaughters that come over every day after school...a broken toilet is a desperate situation.

In reading the bad reviews of this company and working with the owner of the company several times in my own job, I will say that not many owners carry themselves with the class and dignity that Bill does. This gentleman is not only a great servant of this community for decades, but a war veteran that served this country when it needed him the most. I needed a valve replaced on quick notice. I called and Bill answered. Even thought he was on vacation, he arranged to have Carmen come by in about 30 minutes. Carmen did a top-notch job and went that little bit extra to ensure the job was well done. Highly recommend them!
