Very unusual experience. They customer service person returned my call. He apologized for not getting back sooner. He did not have my arm rest exact size because it was a new model. I then ordered the closest measurements for my auto. They spent a lot of time assisting me in getting the best fit.

FANTASTIC customer service. Couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere online, not even on their website but I figured I would give them a call. The man I spoke to was so helpful and patient and wanted to make sure I received exactly what I needed. He texted me a photo while we were on the phone so I could be sure. Ordered the product on Friday and he said it would probably take 4-6 days to arrive, but it was here on Monday. I couldn't be happier with the product or the fit and the price was great too!
