We scheduled a appointment on April 1st for contacts they said it should take a couple days and there call us. They hadn’t called us in 10 days so April 13 we called and they said we don’t know until the doctors come back from the weekend since it was Saturday. Monday rolls around and they tell us that they can’t fine the contacts or lost them so now I have to wait another week and hopefully a week so I can get my contacts that I should of gotten of the beginning of April. Don’t go to this Walmarts eye center it’s terrible. The service is okay but once they don’t know where your contacts are it’s just terrible. Had an exam done liked the doctor. Call back in after a week of trying out the contact lenses we prescribed. Tells me I can’t order them over the phone, I have to come in. Go in, wait in line 4 customers thick because there’s only one person working who is on the phone the entire time. So I can’t order contact lenses over the phone, but when I come inside to order them in person, I can’t because you’re on the phone with customers? Help me make sense of this?
Terrible. I was falsely accused of illegal activity and all I did was ask questions about my contacts that was supposedly ordered but apparently never was plus was not a welcoming feeling. Never going there again
