From start to finish they were amazing! So professional, explained every step, and answered every question during the quote process! The technicians that came to do the pull out and replacement of ducts were extremely helpful, on time, polite, answered any and all questions, took time to explain what they were doing and even showed me to explain and went above and beyond through the entire processes! I couldn’t recommend a better company!
I thought I put a review here when they did my AC install. Apparently I forgot. Josh was great and quoted us a price and the install was the next day. The install went great and they were very neat and friendly. The unit works great and we are very pleased. They did have to come out 1 time due to user error but they were very fast in coming for that and had the house cool in no time. Well I had to call them again for a vent instead of AC work. I spoke to Megan (sorry if I spelled it wrong) who is very polite and helpful on the phone she scheduled Sam for the next morning. I have been using Total Comfort Cooling & Heating on my very complicated Trane HVAC system. Because they are Trane certified providers, I switched from the other, local Trane provider (Executive) after being less than satisfied and hoodwinked. Technician Nick has been out a number of times and has gotten our system squared away. He is over-the-top in customer service and is typically on-site the same day of putting in a service call. I am a Home Inspector, so I appreciate his attention to detail and strong work ethic.
