This company is awesome. I’m in the beginning stage. Logan is my representative for the company Any call or text I send he returns every call or text right away. When the environmental people needed to meet on site He took time out on a Saturday to meet with the environmental people on my lot to address concerns and provide options to keep the project in play. I look forward for them starting the project. I highly recommend them

I want to say some great things about Quality Homes of Port Charlotte. From ownership to management to support teams. This is a first class builder who delivers a high quality product for a fair price. And as a home buyer of a Quality Home I can say that is all you can ask for. It is a family owned operation that genuinely cares about the product they deliver. And they just don’t build a home and say here you go & see ya later. THEY CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE IN THEIR HOMES. We are so proud of our Quality Home! It was our dream and Quality made it happen. They worked with us to build our vision and it is absolutely beautiful. The team at Quality was like family. We especially want to call out Gary Grennell who went OVER and above to make sure everything was to our liking. Thank you Quality Homes of PC. I highly recommend them. We will be using them again to build our extra garage and casita.
