We have had Bill out a few times to explain things to us on our new pool pump and make a repair. He is very understanding and thorough when explaining everything to us, as we are new pool owners. We would highly recommend this company based on its service team. A++ for Bill!!!

Nautilus Pools has done a great job standing behind their pool. We had problems due to the blower for the spa. The owner replaced the blower under warranty. Bill came out and did an outstanding job fixing the problem. He is always professional and courteous. Thanks Bill for a job well done!
