We had Massey Services out this week for our annual termite inspection. Massey does a great job following up in a timely manner each year to schedule the annual inspection and work with you to set the time and day to whatever is convenient for the customer. Grace Burdine was the tech that completed our inspection this year. She was on-time, thorough, professional, informed us of exactly what she would be doing and efficiently went about the inspection. She completed the inspection, verified our contact information and very timely submitted the report. We wanted to recognize Grace for the way she went about doing her job.
