We contacted Tommy’s because of the strong reviews we saw! We are new to the area and received a few recommendations from neighbors and Tommy’s was one of them. Their prompt response to our request and the professional manner in which they handled our issue was just what we wanted! Tommy’s will be our go to company for our air conditioning and heating needs!!
I called on a weekend and got a quick and prompt service appointment. Fortunately my problem was minor, and the bill was affordable. The serviceman was very polite, which, as a woman, is important to me. I asked about their bad review, and was told it was about a former owner who sold them the business before becoming incarcerated. Anyway, I love Love's...lol.
