John was very efficent in performing all necessary work and informative with answering and questions we had. The system is now running the best It has in years. It is always a pleasure to work with someone that arrives at the appointed hour, and has a good understand of all function of our watering system. “Edited to add: Still aggravated that the company is now outsourcing their customer service, which is what apparently started this issue, and I don't get to talk to the super nice people in Port Charlotte. However, a manager called almost immediately to talk to me. He was very nice and worked with me. I might leave 5 stars for my actual technician because we love him but we are looking at buying a new house and transferring our service over. They did a "free" termite inspection but then charged me $25 for a copy of the termite report. When we have been a customer for 10 years! When we do move, we will be finding a new pest control company“
