Very pleased with Kingsway Dental..The front desk staff are wonderful and helpful, worked so hard to get records from our prior dental office. Claims were promptly submitted to our insurance as well. The hygienist is wonderful! Kind, caring and very thorough with her cleanings. Dr. Paston is terrific, reassuring and gentle. Eased any fears or worries and didn’t try to upsell any unnecessary work like our prior dental office. Highly recommend Kingsway Dental

Horrible customer service, poor workmanship, wanted my copay back for improper bridge work, been waiting for refund for basically 1 year. They refused to give their billing department phone number out. Office staff just blows me off if they decide actually to answer the phone instead of playing on their personal phones.FRICKN HORRIBLE!!

Used them for years. Within the last 2 years they have cancelled every appointment we have made and we make our appointments when we leave for 6 months out. Then the call to reschedule and have done it multiple times and can’t get you back in for months. Absolutely disgusting.
