“I had a problem last week with my Aircondioner. I hadn't know anyone so a neighbor recommended Cliffs. I called at night and left a message. I received a return call the next morning at 8 am. A service tech came out, fixed the problem but my unit was 20 years old. I called the next day and asked for a price on a new unit. They Emailed me a quote and we agreed to do it. In 4 days i have my new AC installed. The men they sent out did a great job, installed the new unit, cleaned up everything and took the old one away with them. Our 25+ year AC was on last legs and needed a hopefully quick service call to get through the summer. Ron sent out Drew and Andy the same day. (We had satisfactorily used LarsonsAC in the past.) After a complete inspection, the bad news was expected and unremarkable. Drew went over the problems thoroughly to our satisfaction. We asked for options. (We already knew the general researched cost.) Price came in as expected. We said go!
Over the next few days, the new AC was delivered and installed. A new circut breaker was back ordered, so it took a few days to come in. Installation was quick and cleanup superb. (We did have a partial problem with an item not mentioned in the earlier contract writeup. BUT Larson's come through again and covered the problem with no addional cost. This is the sign of a quality business.

“I called quality control air on a Thursday afternoon when I had thought, my air conditioner was toast. Spoke to a gentleman named Chase and he walked me through the steps of how to diagnose my unit. Turns out it was just a bad Capacitor. Put a new one in and I was good to go! Very professional, patient and kind. 5 STARS“
