Happy Home has been great to deal with! I utilized oxiclean on my brand new carpet and it created a yellow spot on my carpet. They came out to look at it for free and they also cleaned my carpets for free to see if the stain would come out! I cannot say enough good things about Chuck and John! Thank you!

Our carpet had a manufacturing warranty issue and before the manager (John) even got approval from the manufacturer to replace our carpet, he agreed to do it. Couldn't have been a better experience. From personal greetings from the owner to the pleasant contact with Miley every time I spoke with her doing everything she could to accommodate us. Jarrad was incredible. He was polite, knowledgeable and informative able to answer every question we had. They also had remodeled both of our bathrooms doing a phenomenal job on them both.
