After Hurricane Ian with no power, I had Tyler come over to vacuum up the coffee ground like debris from the storm out of the pool. After it settled, it was evident he only got about half. I called and left messages twice for him to return. Finally had to send a text with pics to get a response. "Alright, but I probably can't make it today." Then nothing for 5 more days. Now it's been 12 days since he vacuumed and I have an algae bloom from debris. Pool cleaner broke just before Ian, that's why I paid $75 to have it vacuumed.
