The reception person, Javier was very welcoming, and informative. He did a great sell on the Firestone credit card, and I did apply for one. (And was accepted). Once the technician had done the evaluation of my car, he did have a number of additions to be worked on, and I decided to do most of them. I felt comfortable and reassured by Javier.
Considering the problem I had with my tire, it was very easy to tell me I needed a new tire, which would have costed more money on my part. But Firestone respected me enough to tell me the truth and was able to repair my tire with me having to get a new one, making it very affordable for me.
The Service Manager, Melissa and the Store Manager, Chuck are completely professional and very honest. Their values really show through their work ethic and job knowledge.
Mark did a very fantastic job on my car. I only came in for one service, but due to the complete honesty of each person I have mentioned, I decided on several services to maintain my car.
This business cares about the customer and gives complete satisfaction. I will definitely be a regular to this establishment.
The Manager, Javier, is outstanding and very helpful. My Mom and I have been receiving services from this shop for four years.
