I had to request service while away from the condo. I appreciated Grant's ability to work with the manager to access the condo, evaluate the situation related to the AC, and fix the problem.

Graham Heating & Cooling is a rip off. They charged me $287.00 for a 10 minute service call. I had them out last week for a maintenance check In the technician said everything was fine. Less than a week later, my AC unit went out. And they want to charge me over $10,000 to replace a 3 ton unit. I’m not happy with Graham’s service.
I recently had a service call from Graham Heating and Air Conditioning. The service tech, Rio, was very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I would definitely recommend Graham Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing heating and cooling services. Thank you, Jim
