Can you not fear dentists anymore? Absolutely. Just go here. You will get the best care even if you are being referred somewhere else temporary, this place was amazing. The staff, dentist, even office workers were all so patient and understanding. They do not make you feel you are even at a dentist. I left feeling satisfied and definitely recommend this dentist to all. I can't say that about all other dentists I have been to.
Back in December I started the long process of getting partials. It was a big ordeal but Dr Courson, Jennifer and Dillon helped me through it. I was very patient with the entire ordeal. So the first company could not give me a final product in April. We would do fittings but the company could not get it correct. So Dr Courson suggested a different type. All fitting requirements were taken and order submitted. On May 13 I received the partials. I mentioned to Dr Courson, for all the hassles ( every three weeks) I should get a free cleaning. The only reason that I'm giving 4 stars is due to billing, it was extremely confusing for me, Dr Bates and the whole team are amazing, I had dental problems since a was 15 and I'm 71 now I've been in different dentist offices and this is one of the best, Dr Bates has silk hands, i got pulled out my full upper denture including a wisdom tooth, no pain at all, very little swelling, I can't remember all the names of the team members, but all ALL of them were very kind, compassionate and sweet, can't say enough good things about them, just thank you!
