I’ve been seeing Dr Billings for 8 years. She is a great Optomitrist and wonderful, gentle personality! I drive 40 miles because of her service and knowledge! The staff is also wonderful to work with. Highly recommend Dr. Billings office!

I’ve been here for most of my life and the staff here have always treated me with respect and kindness during my appointments. Dr. Billings is especially great at her work and is very knowledgable about any questions related to my contacts!

Board-Certified Optometrist Dr. Denise Foran Billings was born and raised in Michigan, received her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from Michigan College of Optometry (formerly Ferris State University, College of Optometry) magna cum laude in 1982. Dr. Billings moved to Florida in 1984 and established her own practice in Port Charlotte in 1986. She was nominated and accepted as a Fellow in The American Academy of Optometry (AAO) in 1999. As an optometrist, she enjoys seeing patients of all ages! Dr. Billings has decades of experience seeing patients, fitting contact lenses and working with Low Vision patients.
