This is the second time Jamie has been in our home and Dale has come to our rescue when our air-conditioning is not working. It’s nice to know there’s somebody out there looking for what you need and not how much money you have thank you thank you thank you.
Our air conditioning went out overnight and this company responded promptly and professionally. Josh was very knowledgeable and considerate of giving us the best replacement equipment at a reasonable price. He was very pleasant and explained the problem and best solution. We have used Dales Air for almost 10 years now and have always found the same excellent service.
If there is a unit that would like to test the abilities of Dale's technician's, I definitely own it! Dale's technicians, owner, and office staff has been absolutely great to work with. The knowledge they bring and the advice they have to offer is bar none. I yet again had a another issue with my AC and with in the same day, the unit was fixed. IF you need a reliable AC company where the owner, office and field technicians care about you as the customer, this is the company you need to stay with.
