Charlotte Plumbing is our go to plumber. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. The installers showed up on-time and were very neat and tidy. They installed a new Toto toilet and fixed some other plumbing issues while they were here. They communicated clearly about what our options were. They have been extremely quick to respond to other plumbing needs in the past.

I called Charlotte Plumbing for a broken pipe and they sent Damien first thing the next morning. Damien was on time, fast and efficient in dealing with my problem. I will definitely use Charlotte Plumbing again should I find myself in need of plumbing assistance.

I needed some shut off valves replaced inside my house. After 3 no shows by another plumber, I contacted Charlotte Plumbing and they had someone there the next morning and a better price and it was very well done in two tight spots! Thank you to well done timely job!
