Trevor, Kelly, Joe and Bailey did a great job of explaining Certain Services products, setting up a mutually agreeable install time and installing the water softener and reverse osmosis systems. I’ll happily recommend Certain Services to others as it was recommended to me!

My girlfriend texted me around 1pm that we had No water and I knew the Well Pump was dead so I called your Company and in 3 Rings my call was answered and I needed same day service so the Operator found me a Service Man (Cody) and He arrived at my home around 5pm and he had my 100 foot well done and working by 8 pm! This was greatly appreciated since I didn't Miss any work time or use any Vacation. Thank you so much for the prompt emergency service and a Big thanks to Cody because he was a great guy and that young man can work! Thanks Guys. Sincerely,

I have been using this company since they replaced my last unit about 4 years ago. They always give prompt, professional service and during Ian the owner of the company came out as soon as possible to get me back and running. Great company!
