I recommend Air Tech highly. Their customer service on the phone and in person is great. I got service on the same day that I called them. In the same week, there were 3 rental units that needed service and all three were taken care of quickly.
I've had multiple techs out to the house for bi-annual service. All have been professional and on-time. Willing to answer questions and make recommendations.Service: A/C system maintenance
We are very pleased with today’s AIR TECH service performed by Jamal Pierre. He was very professional in identifying the cause of the problem with our AC unit. He was also very attentive and patient in explaining to us what had to be done to fix the problem. He came twice on Friday and on Monday (today) because he had to get the parts: fan motor and module to replace the broken one. We give Jamal the highest rating! It is also important to mention that AIR TECH has a very good quality of communication to us. We wishing AIR TECH all the best!
