I came here for a pedi and it was amazing. The staff, the team, and the setting was perfect! My pedicurist was professional and very mindful when giving me a pedicure. I'm super sensitive and I've had people just go in while I'm in pain but not here. She and the staff went out of their way to make me feel calm. The spa is in the Sunseeker hotel and feels so calm and inviting- the views from this hotel just set the stage. Love this place

Carla was amazing. I needed a hair stylist to straighten my hair with short notice for my wedding and there were no black hair salons in my town. I found her online, called her and she fit me in her schedule, did an assessment of my hair and beautifully silk pressed my hair. It lasted beyond my beach wedding. This picture was a week later. Carla was very kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. I will definitely return.

I wanted to write a second review on Google. From my second experience. But it wouldn't allow me so I'm doing it here on yelp. The second time I visited wiseguys barbershop. My hair was long enough for Izzy to give me more style this time. I could not be happier with both the shop. But Izzy is special. I was connected with him on my first experience by the front staff, since I did not know what stylist to go to. The first time I went there wasn't much for him to work with. Due to a cut from a previous stylist at a different shop. The second time I had, Izzy give me a cut. The time the patience the experience and the caring that he showed to give me the best cut he could was phenomenal. So not only do I highly recommend wiseguys barbershop. But I would have a hard time letting anyone else cut my hair. But Izzy. If you're looking for a new location, this is the place to go.

I always made appointments with Frank but when they temporarily stopped taking appointments it gave me a chance to use the other barbers! My mom went here for more than half of my life. I’m 28 years old. I can’t remember a time in my life where my mom didn’t have her nails done. She recommended me to go here because she has never had an issue here. Now I have been going ONLY here for 5+ years.
City Nails NEVER disappoints. We have tried OTHER nail salons in Port Charlotte and OTHER nail salons have given us a history of leaving behind mold/fungus in nails; the nails break easily; or they chip fast. CITY NAILS HAVE NEVER GIVEN US ISSUES!

I took the need and the time to read much of the opinions that many people leave in each place we visit and I see that in this particular one they talk a lot about the treatment and the work that Mrs. Amy does but no one talks about the work and the patience that the, Girl who works for her. Adriana's name is that she not only does a good pedicure but she is also the one who keeps everything clean, however she also takes care of Mrs. Amy's children because that's how I've seen it but I'm angry that one wants to recognize the work of the, Girl and she doesn't allow it I've gone several times and I've left her tips with her and the legal thing is that Mrs. Amy gives her the, The tip in her hand and she well thanks she keeps it in her pocket without us as clients knowing if she then gives it to the girl or not!! I recommend giving her the tip in her hands because she deserves to be recognized for her work!!

I frequently vacation here and usually have my nails done from my regular person back home, but we are here on an extended trip and I was desperate for a fresh dip set. I would consider myself pretty picky when it comes to my beauty standards and my expectations were exceeded. The staff was friendly, and their clients. Roxy was the tech that did my nails and she was extremely thorough, precise, and sanitary. I was beyond pleased with my service and I will not go anywhere else when we are back in the area!
This is an aesthetician who has a very nice room in a bigger salon, suite location. She does primarily Korean style skin care and uses numerous product lines from Korea and the US, including Dermalogica. She does a wonderful job educating her clients. I had a light peel, which was a mixture of several different Botanical based acids. It wasn't painful just tingly. After that, I opted for the V lift. I had heard about PDO threads, but I didn't want anything that sounded invasive. She showed me that this was not invasive and only topical. Lastly, I had a 24 karat mask that actually had a little flex of gold in it. All of these services were wonderful, for the V lift, she tells your head back a little and applies this thick substance that stayed on my skin for 30 minutes. During that time she gave me a WONDERFUL forearm and hand massage with a CBD and mint oils. It was very pampering and enjoyable. The V Lift feels like a mask and it tightens your skin. afterward, my skin looked and felt fantastic. When I looked in the mirror and the before, and after photos, I could definitely see a big difference. The skin was much tighter and firmer, it looked much brighter, and the skin tone was much more even. The combination of the peel and V lift topical literally made me look 10 years younger! She told me it will last about six weeks. I Purchased a little sponge compact that has a tinted sunscreen in it that uses minerals, it also has other nursing active compounds that hope to continue to nurse and revitalize the skin. I've been using that daily instead of foundation, and it not only protect my skin with SPF but since it is tinted it gives me a clean finish, as if I were wearing a light foundation. I thought this was a wonderful experience and I definitely like the product a lot! in major metropolitan areas this would be a $400 service or more. in Port Charlotte it runs about $250 which I think as well worth it! This is especially good if you have a special event coming up. HIGHLY recommend!

Tracy is not only an extremely skilled artist but she’s very knowledgeable and was happy to answer questions I’ve had about covering scars I don’t like. Her shop is very clean and makes you feel comfortable going there for tattoos or piercings knowing everything is clean and sterile. If those things aren’t enough, she is literally the nicest lady ever. She’s easy to talk to and fun to be around… which is kind of important if you’re going to be sitting there for hours. If you need a tattoo or piercing, this is the place to go.
Mark is an amazing artist and a great tattoo artist. I had ideas for 2 tattoos to represent my children, and Heather worked with me to get my ideas together, and Mark drew great tattoos. He is quick, and the price is reasonable. I'm so glad we found Mark. Next is my husband's turn for more.
My best friend came down for vacation and we had decided on getting matching tattoos. Given that we were beaching it up, we knew we wanted to get them at the end of her trip, which happened to be on a Sunday, when they're closed. So I posted on a local fb page asking for suggestions because SRT was the only place I had wanted to go, but was unaware there were no Sunday hours (which also happened to be Father's Day)
Within the hour, I got a message from tattoo artist, Zack, stating that he would come in on a Sunday for us. He then fielded messages from me, as we tried to nail down our final idea of what we wanted our tattoo to look like....in between work.
He was there, early... with a great attitude. He was funny, great at conversation and the whole experience was chill. He also gave great suggestions, as to insure we had the look we wanted.

I hired Babes Plumbing to change a turn off valve for a toilet. They sent Benjamin to do the job. He was polite, efficient and quick. Benjamin'" took time to explain what he did and why.
I appreciate being contacted by this company with the date of the service as well as who and when they were coming to assess my problem. I thought it might be a problem with my hot water heater. First technician, Alex, found out that was not the problem. Instead happened to be the part inside the toilet tank that was old and broken. The second technician , Josh, was also very nice and knowledgeable and had the equipment to fix it in record time,
If I asked them questions they were extremely nice to explain things I did know about.
And my cost was definitely less than it would be if I had to have a hot water tank redone. (Save that for a little later when I can save for it.)

Charlotte Plumbing is our go to plumber. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. The installers showed up on-time and were very neat and tidy. They installed a new Toto toilet and fixed some other plumbing issues while they were here. They communicated clearly about what our options were. They have been extremely quick to respond to other plumbing needs in the past.
Highly recommend Jacks plumbing. I was really in a bind with some underground plumbing issues building my house. Jack came out on a Saturday, shared his knowledge with me with a few issues I was having. Old school guy you can trust! Jacks Plumbing is someone I will definitely rely on in the future!
My irrigation pump was leaking from a cracked pipe coming out it so I stopped by their office with a photo of the problem. The repair technician responded within an hour and replaced the cracked pipe and now the pump is as dry as a bone and working like new again. We had service today and I couldn't be more satisfied. A shower head snapped off behind the wall. He was able to do the repair without having to remove any tiles. He was polite, professional and fast and the charge was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

About 10 days after Ian an electrical problem arose. Called Matt's needing a repair, and needing it quickly. His team showed up the same day. Took care of the problem, and di so at a very reasonable price. We were very grateful for their prompt response, good service, and reasonable pricing. They are on the top of our list the next time we need an electrician.
I called them in the morning and they were out that afternoon. Took care of everything I needed done at what I thought was a fair price, especially for doing it the same day I called.

Mike and his team were 90% complete with an entire house renovation before Ian hit. His team handled the entire Reno while we were in NH. He shared pictures and videos all throughout the process. Post Ian he stood in the brand new living room watching water drip into our home from the compromised roof. He helped us navigate the process working with the adjuster until we arrived a couple of weeks later. They fixed any thing that needed fixing, in a timely and reliable fashion. He was also in constant communication with us throughout the Reno and repairs. Anything that needed a touch up, his guys were there within a few days. I would highly recommend Mike and Coral Coast Construction.

The owner, Brian Goetz, the construction supervisor, Brian McDaneil, and the various subcontractors always performed professionally, provided high quality work, and communicated well, so that I was always aware of schedules. We are very happy with Pest Eliminators. We utilized their services when we lived up in Parrish. We are now in Punta Gorda and are happy that we still use them here. Edited to add: Still aggravated that the company is now outsourcing their customer service, which is what apparently started this issue, and I don't get to talk to the super nice people in Port Charlotte. However, a manager called almost immediately to talk to me. He was very nice and worked with me. I might leave 5 stars for my actual technician because we love him but we are looking at buying a new house and transferring our service over. They did a "free" termite inspection but then charged me $25 for a copy of the termite report. When we have been a customer for 10 years! When we do move, we will be finding a new pest control company

From front desk to the dentist has been nothing short of perfection.
With the extensive work I needed that I thought I could never get done or wouldn't be able to find a solution, everyone at waterside had nothing but support and positive reinforcement to get me where I am now.
My teeth where absolutely horrible, beyond repair I thought
But, waterside worked diligently and made me confident to smile and go back when I needed to with less fear every time.
I physically feel no pain when I'm getting work done, and if I do they are quick to add a solution to better help me.
I refer everyone to go here especially if you share a fear. When I got my new smile I cried with joy and relief

Highly recommend this clinic!! I’ve seen both doctors regarding my kitten and they both know what they’re talking about. I know my maple is safe and in a clean space when I’m taking her here. Bonus that they give you a paper stating how much your payment will be for next visit so you don’t have to scramble around to make sure you have enough.
Took my dog to dog wood clinic a number of things had to be done and the vet was very professional very good with my dog. The staff was welcoming and friendly and I think my poor baby left there. Happier and I will go back again.

We cannot rave enough about Dr. Cole Goracke, the vet techs (special shoutout to Courtney and Taryn), and the entire office staff for their incredible care of our fur child, Wesson. Over the past few weeks, they’ve gone above and beyond to help heal his injured tail, always showing compassion and professionalism. Moving to Port Charlotte last year, we were unsure if we would find a vet we loved as much as our previous one in PA, but Collingswood Animal Hospital has far exceeded our expectations. We’re so grateful to have found such a wonderful, caring team!
This veterinary clinic is amazing!! They were so good with my lady Mae❤️ I’m so grateful we found them because they are so gentle and sweet to our puppy! All the staff are very sweet and welcoming. Lady had to get vaccines and they kept her very comfortable and calm. This will be our permanent vet for her.
I can't say enough how kind and caring the staff and doctors are at this place I called my regular vet and they said they where booked up I would have to wait a week and my bella baby was in bad shape and I called this location and they didn't hesitate to bring her there right away as soon as I arrived they took her back right away and where so loving and caring and now I will be transferring both my animals to this place !!! Giving a 4 star for now only because we have just been there once with our 2 cats, but I was very happy with the experience. This has been the only vet so far we have found that doesn't seem to resort to drugs as a first step nor did they rudely push vaccines if pet owners do not want certain ones for their pets. For example, one of our cats either has cat acne or an allergy of some sort under his chin and medicated pads were given (and after researching the product had great reviews and also has no bad chemicals)... many vets would have given an antibiotic. They are also very caring, case in point, one of our cats is terrified to go the vet and piddled in her crate and the staff actually cleaned her, the crate and gave us a clean towel for the crate and car ride home... that is above and beyond customer service and speaks volumes.
I stopped into tractor supply as a favor to try and help out a neighbor. I was looking for Lime powder. I had a lot of questions. John at the front desk was incredible! He listened with the intent to understand, ot simply reply. He was ever so helpful answering all of my questions as well as making a few other suggestions to resolve the problem. I hope TSC sees what an asset he is to their store, we need more people like John.

I made a last minute same day appointment here for a massage. It's been a while since I had been and really didn't know what would be the best option. There are convenient sampler packages that give you the option to choose add ons as part of it so you can create your own experience. I chose the 60 min option and wish I had done longer. Dennise was friendly, knowledgeable and had created a very relaxing and welcoming environment in her space. I highly recommend Beneath the Fig Tree!

I came here for a pedi and it was amazing. The staff, the team, and the setting was perfect! My pedicurist was professional and very mindful when giving me a pedicure.
